In Romania, the IRRESISTIBLE Project involved Valahia University Targoviste as main promotor of its activities, but also two Museums - History Museum of Dâmboviţa County and Prahova Natural Science Museum - as main vectors of organizing the assumed project informal and non-formal activities, in which young students are involved, together with their teachers and Project Community of Learners. Here, the students were introduced on relevant and cutting-edge research topics, in order to be more familiar with science, but also to the problems related to Responsible Research and Innovation.

The process of designing and developing an interactive exhibition product integrating Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) is a complementary part of each module of Project Irresistible. “Nanotechnology Applications in Health Sciences” and “Plastic-Bane of the Oceans” are the two (out of three) modules implemented in the 2nd phase of the project in Turkey. Student-curated exhibitions of these two modules were held simultaneously on April 1-2, 2016 at ITU Science Center.

The beautiful city of Sinaia, Romania, hosted the first transnational coordinating meeting of the IRRESISTIBLE Project, in 2016. Even the whole team expected to have snow and white landscapes, the nature was kind and offered to partners nice weather, mostly sunny days and wonderful mountain scenery.

On the 5th of March 2016 the Education Institute of Lisbon University held the second workshop developed by Polar Educators - Portugal, in which the Project IRRESISTIBLE was highlighted. This workshop was aimed at science teachers that share interest in Polar Science and in developing new classroom strategies on how to approach the many topics related to this field of Science.
