Bogazici University is a research-oriented academic institution with more than 10,000 undergraduate, 2000 graduate students, and 450 full-time faculty members. The university has the missions of educating individuals who are versatile, creative, environmentally conscious, respectful to ethical standards, as well as generating universal knowledge and contributing to advancement of science and technology in Turkey and contributing to the institutionalization of science, art and culture in the society.

Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Science Center

ITU Science Center which is located in Taskisla Campus since 2007, was established with the aim of to meet people with science and to increase their interest in science and technology. The center has nearly 90 hands-on exhibits which demonstrate the laws of physics, optical illusion, mechanics, electrics, aerospace, mathematics, fluid dynamics, noise and vibration that we take for granted every day.

ITU Science Center is a member of European Network of Science Centers and Museums.
